lemon, cashew bliss balls (no coconut oil)

I was really craving those raw vegan cheesecakes and only had a few dates and some cashews around so thought I could make a version of it that is some what like a bliss ball.
Recipe
yeild 10-12
400g Cashews - soaked over night
6 medjool dates
1 lemon -juiced
pinch salt
20g(1Tbsp) Honey
100g cacao nibs
100g desiccated coconut
Drain cashews that have been soaked, deseed dates and add everything to a blender and blend until really smooth.
leave to set in fridge over night, just makes them easier to roll.
roll in either cacao nibs, desiccated coconut or both :)
